集控式液电联控落地双摇臂抱杆牵引系统关键技术研究

RESEARCH ON KEY TECHNOLOGIES OF CENTRALIZED HYDRAULIC ELECTRIC JOINT CONTROL OF FLOOR-STANDING DERRICKS WITH DOUBLE ROCKERS TRACTION SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 山区落地双摇臂抱杆组塔施工中,传统的机械绞磨体积大,每台绞磨单独配有动力系统,造成现场多台绞磨挤占有限的施工空间;单台绞磨重量重,不便于山区运输或人力搬运。本文提出了落地双摇臂抱杆用集控式液电联控牵引系统,分析了一拖四尾架收放绳控制、抱杆动力系统设计、液压绞磨集中控制等关键技术,并在福州-厦门线路工程组塔施工现场试点应用。结果表明该系统设备可大幅减少牵引系统操作人员及机械设备占地,实现机械化换人、智能化减人,进一步提高组塔施工的本质安全以及施工效率。

     

    Abstract: The decomposition and assembling of steel towers using derricks with double rockers in mountainous areas, traditional mechanical grinding machines have a large volume and each grinding machine is equipped with a separate power system, resulting in multiple grinding machines occupying limited construction space on site.The weight of a single grinder is heavy, making it inconvenient for transportation or manual handling in mountainous areas. The article proposes a centralized hydraulic electric control traction system for floor-standing derricks with double rockers, analyzes key technologies such as One traction four tail frame rope control syste, design of pole power system, and centralized control for hydraulic winch grinding, and has been applied on the decomposition and assembling of steel towers of UHV from Fuzhou to Xiamen.The results indicate that the system equipment can significantly reduce the occupation of traction system operators and mechanical equipment, achieve mechanized personnel replacement, intelligent personnel reduction, and further improve the intrinsic safety and construction efficiency of tower assembly construction.
