Abstract:
Yinchuan A heating company adopts the technology of "large temperature difference and long transport heating". The buried pipeline has a long distance and the soil environment through which it passes is complex. Moreover, the underground water level in Yinchuan is high. In this paper, the anti-corrosion strategy of applying cathodic protection was formulated by on-site environmental investigation and anti-corrosion technology screening, among which sacrificial anode and cathode protection was adopted in the water retention valve well, and impressed current cathodic protection was adopted in the pipeline near the Yellow River shield area. The cathodic protection effectively supplemented the weak position of the anti-corrosion layer and formed a joint protection, which achieved good application results in the field. This work can provide reference for corrosion protection of the outer wall of buried pipe network in other high groundwater level soil environment.
