长输供热管网管道外壁防腐策略研究及应用

Research and application of anti-corrosion strategy on outer wall of long distance heating pipe network

  • 摘要: 银川A供热公司采用“大温差长输供热”技术,埋地管道距离长,穿越的土壤环境复杂,而且银川地下水位较高,管网中部分管道及阀门常年浸没于地下水中,管网外壁面临严峻的腐蚀问题。本文通过现场环境调研、防腐技术筛选等方式制定了施加阴极保护的防腐策略,其中积水阀门井内采用牺牲阳极阴极保护法,靠近黄河盾构区附近的管线采取外加电流阴极保护法,阴极保护有效补充了防腐层的薄弱位置,形成联合保护,在现场取得了良好的应用效果,本研究工作为其他长输供热管网外壁腐蚀防护提供借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Yinchuan A heating company adopts the technology of "large temperature difference and long transport heating". The buried pipeline has a long distance and the soil environment through which it passes is complex. Moreover, the underground water level in Yinchuan is high. In this paper, the anti-corrosion strategy of applying cathodic protection was formulated by on-site environmental investigation and anti-corrosion technology screening, among which sacrificial anode and cathode protection was adopted in the water retention valve well, and impressed current cathodic protection was adopted in the pipeline near the Yellow River shield area. The cathodic protection effectively supplemented the weak position of the anti-corrosion layer and formed a joint protection, which achieved good application results in the field. This work can provide reference for corrosion protection of the outer wall of buried pipe network in other high groundwater level soil environment.
