基于投入产出分析的电网无功补偿优化效益研究

  • 摘要: 电网生产技改专项投资是电网固定资产投资管理的重要组成部分,对提高电网设备技术水平、节能降耗、提高供电可靠性和稳定性具有重要意义。技改项目的实施能有效提高设备性能,优化电网运行,是电网可持续发展的必然要求。本文对无功补偿装置优化项目的投入和产出进行测算,综合降损收益、降低碳排放收益、资产核价收益三个方面的投资效益构建无功补偿装置优化项目效益测算模型,并通过投入产出分析研究项目的投资效率和经济效果,为无功补偿优化技改类项目的管理和投资提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The special investment in power grid production technical transformation is an important part of the investment management of power grid fixed assets, which is of great significance to improve the technical level of power grid equipment, save energy and reduce consumption, and improve the reliability and stability of power supply. The implementation of technical transformation projects can effectively improve the equipment performance and optimize the operation of the power grid, which is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of the power grid. This article calculates the input and output of the reactive power compensation device optimization project, and constructs a model for calculating the investment benefits of the reactive power compensation device optimization project from three aspects: loss reduction benefits, carbon emission reduction benefits, and asset pricing benefits. Through input-output analysis, the investment efficiency and economic effects of the project are studied, providing reference for the management and investment of reactive power compensation optimization technology transformation projects.
