基于多驱动器的智能偏航控制系统研究

Research on intelligent yaw control system based on multiple actuators

  • 摘要: 鉴于直接启动偏航、软启动偏航、一拖多变频器偏航存在诸多问题,本文提出基于多驱动器的变频器偏航控制方案,并对多电机驱动控制关键技术进行了论述。该系统可有效解决偏航系统软冲击和负载均衡控制等问题,有助于提高偏航系统稳定性;同时有利于促进风电机组偏航系统向智能化、数字化方向技术进步,可为偏航系统故障诊断和预警提供技术基础和方案参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of direct start yaw, soft start yaw and multi-frequency converter yaw, this paper proposes a multi-drive frequency converter yaw control scheme, and discusses the key technology of multi-motor drive control. The system can effectively solve the problems of soft shock and load balancing control of yaw system, which is helpful to improve the stability of yaw system. At the same time, it is conducive to promoting the technical progress of wind turbine yaw system to the direction of intelligence and digitalization, and can provide technical basis and scheme reference for yaw system fault diagnosis and early warning.
