间冷系统中材料腐蚀特性及水质净化方法

Corrosion characteristics of materials and water quality control methods in indirect air-cooling system

  • 摘要: SCAL 型间接空冷机组已经成为我国北方地区火电发展的趋势,随着该种类型机组的大规模推广,系统面临的水质异常和材料腐蚀问题逐渐凸显,成为困扰该系统化学运行人员的一大难题。本文通过对 SCAL 型间冷系统结构、腐蚀现状分析,制定了针对新疆A电厂的水质提升方案,在间冷系统中安装旁路水质净化设备,主要包括除铁器、过滤器和离子净化器,并在水质处理合格后,在系统中添加了间冷系统专用的铁铝双效缓蚀剂,最终达到了水质净化、水质优化的目的,取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: SCAL indirect air-cooling unit has become a trend in the development of thermal power in northern China. With the large-scale promotion of this type of unit, the problems of abnormal water quality and material corrosion facing the system have gradually become prominent, which has become a major problem troubling the chemical operators of the system. Based on the analysis of the structure and corrosion status of SCAL indirect air-cooling system, A water quality improvement scheme for Xinjiang A power plant was developed. The bypass water purification equipment installed in the system, including iron remover, filter and Ion purifier, and after the water quality treatment is qualified, the special iron and aluminum dual-effect corrosion inhibitor for SCAL indirect air-cooling is added to the system, and the purpose of water purification and water quality optimization is finally achieved. In the end, good application results have been obtained.
