提升特高压工程建设阶段火灾应急处置能力研究

Study on Quick Disposal Method of Fire in UHV Engineering in High Altitude Area

  • 摘要: 近年来,全国安全生产形势严峻,同时随着我国能源结构转型,特高压工程进入了大规模建设的新阶段,分布于高寒、高海拔地区的特高压工程面临着复杂严峻的生产隐患,其中由于高海拔地区干旱缺水,火灾隐患尤其突出。针对火灾发生时现场应急资源无法及时调配及现场已有应急资源无法满足应急处置需求等问题,本文研发了一种针对小型初期火灾的移动式压缩空气泡沫灭火装置,将其应用于甘孜1000千伏特高压变电站,并开展现场应急演练,验证了高机动压缩空气泡沫灭火装置的灭火效果。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the safety situation in the country is severe, and with the transformation of energy structure in our country, UHV projects have entered a new stage of large-scale construction. The UHV projects distributed in the frigid and high altitude areas face complex and severe production risks, especially fire risks because of drought and water shortage in the high altitude areas. In view of the problems such as the inability of on-site emergency resources to be deployed in time when a fire occurs and the inability of existing on-site emergency resources to meet the needs of emergency treatment, this paper developed a mobile compressed air foam fire extinguishing device for small initial fires, applied it to 1000 kV UHV substation in Ganzi, and carried out on-site emergency drills. The fire extinguishing effect of the high mobility compressed air foam extinguishing device is verified.
