基于物联网和边缘计算的特高压智慧安装管控平台的研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF UHV INTELLIGENT INSTALLATION CONTROL PLATFORM BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS AND EDGE COMPUTEING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 本文提出了基于物联网和边缘计算的特高压智慧安装管控平台,实现了线圈类设备的全封闭滤油自动监控、安装工艺指标自动监控、套管吊装状态自动监控,开关类设备的气务处理全流程自动监控、螺栓紧固力矩自动监控、安装环境自动监控,实现了特高压工程建设的“过程可监控、质效可提升、数据可共享、结果可追溯”,为推动特高压电网高质量发展奠定坚实基础。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes UHV intelligent installation control platform based on internet of things and edge computing technology, which realizes the automatic monitoring of fully enclosed oil filtering of coil equipment, automatic monitoring of installation process indicators, automatic monitoring of casing hoisting status, automatic monitoring of the whole process of gas treatment of switch equipment, automatic monitoring of bolt tightening torque, and automatic monitoring of installation environment. This method achieved the goal of "process monitoring, quality and efficiency improvement, data sharing, and result traceability".The platform lays a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of ultra-high voltage power grid.
