基于动态耦合系统的高海拔电网工程建设与生态系统的协调发展评价研究

RESEARCH ON COUPELED COORDINATION MECHANISM BETWEEN HIGH ALTITUDE POWER GRID ENDINEERING CONSTRCUCION AND ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT

  • 摘要: 在分析高海拔电网工程建设与西藏生态环境系统相互作用机制的基础上,运用系统科学理论和熵值法构建工程建设与生态系统的耦合协调模型。既要充分考虑工程建设的重要意义,也要考虑生态环境的可持续发展,提出耦合度和耦合等级反映两系统间的耦合协调关系。耦合协调模型反映了高海拔电网工程建设与生态环境系统相互作用的关系,有助于正确认识高海拔电网工程建设的重要意义,以及与生态环境系统的动态耦合规律,为工程建设与生态系统的可持续发展提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between the construction of interconnection project and the ecological environment system of high altitude power grid, the coupling and coordination model is constructed by the theory of system science and the method of entropy value. This model should take into account not only the importance of Engineering construction, but also the sustainable development of ecological environment. In this paper, coupling degree and coupling level are proposed to reflect the coupling and coordination relationship. It is helpful to correctly understand the significance of the construction of high altitude power grid and the dynamic coupling law with the ecological environment system. It provide theoretical guidance for the construction of projects and the sustainable development of the ecological system.
