焊接热处理对高等级材质钢硬度影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Hardness of High Grade Material Steel by Welding Heat Treatment

  • 摘要: 硬度是评定金属材料力学性能常用指标之一,直观反映金属材料在不同的焊接条件、组织结构和热处理工艺条件下性能的差异,可为受检的压力管道的安全等级状况的评定提供有效的依据。本文从材料的性能、焊接、热处理等方面分析了引起硬度异常的因素,并提出了预防性措施及处理方案,可为高等级材质管道焊接后得到合适的硬度结果提供有效参考。

     

    Abstract: Hardness is one of the commonly used indicators for evaluating the mechanical properties of metal materials, which intuitively reflects the differences in performance of metal materials under different welding conditions, organizational structures, and heat treatment process conditions. It can provide an effective basis for evaluating the safety level of pressure pipelines under inspection. This article analyzes the factors that cause hardness anomalies from the aspects of material performance, welding, heat treatment, etc., and proposes preventive measures and treatment plans, which can provide effective reference for obtaining appropriate hardness results after welding of high-grade material pipelines.
