塔式光热电站工程主要设备安装技术浅析

Brief analysis of installation technology for main equipment of Tower Type CSP project

  • 摘要: 随着“30·60-碳达峰·碳中和”目标的提出和不断推进,给传统能源带来了巨大的系统变革,让新能源新型电力系统得到了前所未有的发展契机,太阳能光热发电作为当前全球能源科技产业发展的重要方向,对调整电力能源结构、优化电力生产、促进生态文明建设具有重要意义。太阳能光热发电具有电能质量优良、可直接无障碍并网、可储能和调峰、实现连续发电、清洁无污染、助力碳减排等优势特点。当前国际商业化光热电站的主流形式分为塔式和槽式两种,其中塔式光热电站以高聚光比、超高压、高温度为主要特点,具有很好的光电转化效率和汽机热电效率,已经成为国内外光热电站首选的稳定成熟的技术形式。同时,槽式光热电站也以其特点在快速发展。本文详细介绍了全球典型的塔式光热电站主要设备的关键安装技术,希望可为当前国内外塔式光热电站建设工程提供基础性技术支持,亦可为今后国际化塔式光热发电工程项目开发与建设提供技术借鉴。

     

    Abstract: With the proposal and continuous advancement of the goal of "30·60- Carbon peak · Carbon neutrality", it has brought a enormous system reform to traditional energy and provided a promising development opportunity for new energy and new power system. Solar thermal power generation is an important direction of the development of the current global energy technology industry. It is of great significance to adjust power energy structure, optimize power production and promote ecological civilization construction. Solar thermal power generation has the advantages of excellent power quality, direct barrier-free grid connection, energy storage and peak regulation, continuous power generation, clean and pollution-free, and carbon emission reduction. Currently, the mainstream forms of international commercial solar thermal power stations are divided into tower type and trough type. Tower type solar thermal power stations are mainly characterized by high concentrating ratio, ultra-high pressure and high temperature, and have good photoelectric conversion efficiency and thermoelectric efficiency of steam engines. They have become the preferred stable and mature technology form of solar thermal power stations at home and abroad. At the same time, trough solar thermal power station is also developing rapidly with its characteristics. This paper introduces the solar-thermal power generation system and a typical tower solar-thermal power tower of key installation technology of the main equipment, hope for the solar-thermal power construction projects at home and abroad to provide basic technical support, also for the future tower solar-thermal power generation engineering project development and construction to provide technical reference.
