脱硫循环泵腐蚀磨损及其防治技术研究综述

Discussion on the corrosion and wear of desulfurization circulating pump in thermal power plants and its treatment

  • 摘要: 火电厂燃煤发电过程中排放的原始烟气内含有大量含硫有害气体。脱硫循环泵作为烟气脱硫(FGD)系统的关键设备,将含硫浆液从脱硫塔中抽出并输送至塔内喷淋头,用于吸收有害废气。脱硫循环泵服役于含有硬质固相物的酸性环境下,腐蚀、磨损等问题突出,严重威胁机组安全稳定高效运行。针对脱硫循环泵腐蚀磨损问题,可以从选材、运行工况优化、零部件再制造等方面开展研究。此外,以堆焊修复为代表的再制造技术和以热喷涂为代表的表面强化延寿技术被逐渐应用,并展现出良好前景。

     

    Abstract: The flue gas emitted from coal-fired power plants contains a large amount of harmful sulfur containing gases, and the desulfurization circulating pump is a key component of the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system. The desulfurization circulating pump extracts the desulfurization slurry from the desulfurization tower and delivers it to the spray head inside the tower for absorbing harmful waste gas. The desulfurization circulating pump is used in an acidic environment containing hard solid phases, and problems such as corrosion and wear are prominent, which seriously threatens the safe, stable and efficient operation of the unit. The treatment of corrosion and wear of desulfurization circulating pumps can be studied from aspects such as material selection, optimization of operating conditions, and remanufacturing of components. The remanufacturing technology represented by overlay repair and the surface strengthening life extension technology represented by thermal spraying have been gradually applied.
