Abstract:
The flue gas emitted from coal-fired power plants contains a large amount of harmful sulfur containing gases, and the desulfurization circulating pump is a key component of the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system. The desulfurization circulating pump extracts the desulfurization slurry from the desulfurization tower and delivers it to the spray head inside the tower for absorbing harmful waste gas. The desulfurization circulating pump is used in an acidic environment containing hard solid phases, and problems such as corrosion and wear are prominent, which seriously threatens the safe, stable and efficient operation of the unit. The treatment of corrosion and wear of desulfurization circulating pumps can be studied from aspects such as material selection, optimization of operating conditions, and remanufacturing of components. The remanufacturing technology represented by overlay repair and the surface strengthening life extension technology represented by thermal spraying have been gradually applied.
