基于物联网技术的大体积混凝土主动养护研究

Research on Active Curing of Mass Concrete based on Internet of Things Technology

  • 摘要: 以往换流站工程中,500kV/1000kV GIS筏板基础、换流区筏板基础以及搬运轨道基础等大体积混凝土的保温保湿养护通常依靠人力完成。这种粗放式管理难以根据外界气温变化及时释放水泥水化热,极易导致混凝土的收缩变形过大,出现质量通病问题。本文提出的基于物联网技术的大体积混凝土主动养护技术依托物联网技术,根据混凝土自身温度与外部环境数据,利用云服务器对混凝土固化过程的温度变化进行估算,实现对大体积混凝土施工现场实现全天候、全过程的自主保温保湿养护。

     

    Abstract: In the past converter station projects, the heat preservation or moisturize of large volume concrete such as 500kV/1000kV GIS raft foundation, Converter Zone raft foundation and Transport Track foundation is usually done manually.This kind of extensive management is difficult to release heat of cement hydration in time according to external temperature changes, which easily leads to excessive shrinkage and deformation of concrete and common quality problems.Based on the Internet of Things, the active maintenance technology of mass concrete proposed in this paper . According to the temperature of concrete itself and the external environment data, the cloud server is used to estimate the temperature change during the concrete curing process, so as to realize all-weather and whole-process independent insulation and moisturizing maintenance of mass concrete construction site.
