Abstract:
In the past converter station projects, the heat preservation or moisturize of large volume concrete such as 500kV/1000kV GIS raft foundation, Converter Zone raft foundation and Transport Track foundation is usually done manually.This kind of extensive management is difficult to release heat of cement hydration in time according to external temperature changes, which easily leads to excessive shrinkage and deformation of concrete and common quality problems.Based on the Internet of Things, the active maintenance technology of mass concrete proposed in this paper . According to the temperature of concrete itself and the external environment data, the cloud server is used to estimate the temperature change during the concrete curing process, so as to realize all-weather and whole-process independent insulation and moisturizing maintenance of mass concrete construction site.
