凝汽器列管检测机器人结构设计及力学分析

Structural Design and Mechanical Analysis of the Inspection Robot for Condenser Tubes

  • 摘要: 对运行过一段时间的凝汽器不锈钢换热管进行缺陷探伤非常有必要,而目前对凝汽器换热管的检测最有效的方法是人工检测。虽然简单,但工作量太大,所以设计一种可以代替人工的机器人来检测换热器列管,提高效率,降低劳动强度。通过不同方式的比较,选用涨足式机器人进行设计。使机器人能够在待检测的换热管管板上自行移动,携带涡流探头对列管进行检测。用SolidWorks 软件进行机器人机械结构设计,其中包括机器人的膨胀足和移动机构等。在仿真环境中建立机器人,并对其运动过程进行强度校核,验证机器人在运动过程中的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: It is necessary to detect the defects of the stainless steel heat exchange tubes of the condenser which have been operated for a period of time, and the most effective way to detect the defects of the stainless steel heat exchange tubes of the condenser is manual detection. Although it is simple, but the workload is too large, so we design a robot to replace the manual to detect the heat exchanger tubes, improve efficiency and reduce labor intensity. Through the comparison of different ways, the robot with rising feet is selected for design. The robot can automatically move on the tube plate of the heat exchange tube to be detected and carry the eddy current probe to detect the tube array. SolidWorks software is used to design the mechanical structure of the robot, including the expansion foot and the moving mechanism of the robot. The robot is established in the simulation environment, and the strength of its motion process is checked to verify the stability of the robot in the motion process.
