300MW储能电站压缩空气管道设计

Compressed air piping design in 300MW CAES station

  • 摘要: 本文对压缩空气管道相关设计规范进行了梳理,分析了压缩空气储能电站压缩侧和膨胀侧压缩空气的含水量变化、杂质特点,认为压缩空气站高压管道材质应选用不锈钢无缝钢管并且管道壁厚考虑一定的腐蚀裕量,低压大口径管道可选输气焊接管道;分析了300MW级储能电站压缩空气管道的特点,提出了压缩空气管道布置、支吊架设置和管道应力分析的注意事项和保温设计原则,结合施工现场实际情况以及压力管道的合规性提出了压缩空气管道压力试验的替代方案。

     

    Abstract: By combing the compressed air piping design related codes and standards, analysis was made on air humility, Cl- and other impurity content in the compressed air piping both compressed side and expansion side. Seamless stainless steel pipe was recommended. A certain corrosion allowance should be considered on the pipe wall thickness. Based on the characteristics of CAES station, the principle on piping layout, hangers &supports design, insulation design and piping stress analysis was proposed. A codes compliance inspection and testing method instead of hydrostatic test or air pressure test was proposed based on the specific project site circumstance.
