Abstract:
By collecting real-time operation parameters and equipment performance data in SIS system of power plant,combining with fingerprint identification technology, a real-time performance evaluation system for duty officer of power plant is built. Combined with the company's performance management method, develop the KPI real-time statistics and distribution report forms of departments, value boundaries and individuals, realize the dynamic allocation of personnel and the real-time online display of individual performance, and establish an open, transparent and fair incentive mechanism, overall Operation Economy of the hoisting unit.
