Abstract:
The macro site selection of offshore wind farms, as a preliminary project for offshore wind power construction, plays a crucial role in the success or failure of wind farm construction and its future benefits. Due to the late start of research on the macro site selection of offshore wind farms in China, the construction of its indicator system is still incomplete, and it is urgent to develop a set of macro site selection indicator systems suitable for domestic use. This article identifies a list of evaluation indicators through two stages: Delphi method and factor analysis method, constructs a macro site selection evaluation index system for offshore wind farms that includes four aspects: economy, society, safety, and environment, and proposes a list of exclusion indicators. Laying the foundation for the evaluation and decision-making of offshore wind farm site selection issues, and also providing reference for later scholars to select indicators.
