风机叶片故障诊断技术的研究综述

Review of the Fault Diagnosis Techniques for New Energy Fan Blades

  • 摘要: 风机叶片是风力发电机的关键设备之一,快速、准确并有效地对叶片进行故障诊断,对于提高机组的安全性与经济性大有裨益。因此,科技人员探索了各种方法来对叶片故障进行诊断,目前这些方法各有优缺点,离大规模实用尚存在距离。本文首先对风机叶片常见的故障类型进行介绍和归纳总结,其次从计算机视觉、振动信号分析、红外热成像、超声波及传感器等六个方面介绍了现有的风机叶片故障诊断技术,并分别对其特点进行分析,系统阐述了现有检测技术的优点以及局限性,最后从提高机组安全性与经济性的角度上探讨了风机叶片故障诊断技术未来发展的主要方向。

     

    Abstract: Wind turbine blades are one of the key equipment of wind turbines. Quick, accurate, and effective fault diagnosis of blades is of great benefit to improving the safety and economy of the unit. Therefore, scientific and technological personnel have explored various methods to diagnose blade faults. Currently, these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and there is still a distance from large-scale practical application. This article first introduces and summarizes the common fault types of fan blades, and then introduces the existing fault diagnosis technologies for fan blades from six aspects: computer vision, vibration signal analysis, infrared thermal imaging, ultrasound, and sensors. The characteristics of these technologies are analyzed, and the advantages and limitations of existing detection technologies are systematically elaborated, Finally, the main directions for the future development of fan blade fault diagnosis technology were discussed from the perspective of improving the safety and economy of the unit.
