基于Marx电路带尾切开关的全固态高压脉冲电源研究

Research on Full Solid-state Pulse High Voltage Pulse Power Supply with Chopping Switch Based on Marx Circuit

  • 摘要: 高压脉冲电源广泛用于电表、家用电器、低压电器、机电等相关行业,Marx电路通过电容并联充电、串联放电来实现高压输出。传统的Marx电路由火花隙开关来控制,其开关导通的可控性、开关工作的重复性以及开关的寿命等都有很大的局限性。因此,本文提出了一种基于Marx电路带尾切开关的全固态高压脉冲电源,具有脉冲参数的上升沿与下降沿更快速,抗干扰能力更强的优点。

     

    Abstract: High voltage pulse power supply are widely used in related industries such as electricity meters, household appliances, low-voltage appliances, and mechatronics. The Marx circuit achieves high voltage output through capacitor parallel charging and series discharge. The traditional Marx circuit is controlled by a spark gap switch, which has significant limitations in terms of controllability of switch conduction, repeatability of switch operation, and switch lifespan. Therefore, this article proposes a full solid-state pulse high voltage pulse power supply with chopping switch based on Marx circuit, which has the advantages of faster rising and falling edges of pulse parameters and stronger anti-interference ability.
