Abstract:
High voltage pulse power supply are widely used in related industries such as electricity meters, household appliances, low-voltage appliances, and mechatronics. The Marx circuit achieves high voltage output through capacitor parallel charging and series discharge. The traditional Marx circuit is controlled by a spark gap switch, which has significant limitations in terms of controllability of switch conduction, repeatability of switch operation, and switch lifespan. Therefore, this article proposes a full solid-state pulse high voltage pulse power supply with chopping switch based on Marx circuit, which has the advantages of faster rising and falling edges of pulse parameters and stronger anti-interference ability.
