垃圾电厂垃圾库可燃/有毒有害气体检测的方法与研究

  • 摘要: 垃圾焚烧发电厂因工艺原因渗滤液沟道及垃圾库中会存放大量的垃圾进行存储发酵产生可燃/有毒有害气体,为应对渗滤液沟道及垃圾库内环境恶劣、粉尘大而造成可燃/有毒有害气体检测设备易堵塞损坏,同时减少人员进入垃圾库维护检修次数,提出一种抽取式可燃/有毒有害气体检测的方法。与现有安装状况比较,所提的抽取式可燃/有毒有害气体检测更可靠更稳定。基于从人员工作环境来考虑,人员无需进入垃圾库,消除了重大安全隐患。采用抽取式可燃/有毒有害气体检测方法,有效控制了可燃/有毒有害气体检测装置受恶劣环境的影响,延长系统整体寿命。此外,所提的抽取式可燃/有毒有害气体检测方法,可有效减少电化学分析探头的安装数量,实现成本的降低。

     

    Abstract: Due to technological reasons, the waste power plant will store a large amount of garbage in the leachate channel and garbage silo for storage and fermentation to produce combustible/toxic and harmful gases. The detection equipment is easy to be blocked and damaged, and at the same time, the maintenance and overhaul times of personnel entering the garbage warehouse are reduced. Compared with the existing installation conditions, the proposed extraction-type detection of combustible/toxic and harmful gases is more reliable and stable. Based on the consideration of the working environment of personnel, personnel do not need to enter the garbage warehouse, eliminating major safety hazards. The extraction-type flammable/toxic and harmful gas detection method is adopted, which effectively controls the influence of the flammable/toxic and harmful gas detection device by the harsh environment, and prolongs the overall life of the system. In addition, the proposed extraction-type combustible/toxic and harmful gas detection method can effectively reduce the installation quantity of electrochemical analysis probes and realize cost reduction.
