智能型多参数计算型pH检测系统的研究与应用

  • 摘要: 本文分析了传统电位式pH检测设备与目前市场上计算型pH设备在发电机组水汽系统监测中存在的技术缺陷,并将电自动再生离子交换、电导率测量非线性温度、可变监视电路、现场总线profbus DP通讯方法等多项自主开发技术应用于计算型pH检测系统,提出了一种全新的智能型多参数计算型pH检测系统,该系统一台设备可同时监测电导率、氢电导率、pH以及氨含量等多项关键指标,在保障测量准确的基础上,智能化水平进一步提高,应用范围更加广泛,适用于各类发电机组水汽系统电导率、氢电导率、pH以及氨含量等关键指标的准确连续测量,提升机组腐蚀防控水平。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the technical defects existing in the monitoring of water vapor system of generator set between traditional potentiometric pH detection equipment and current computational pH equipment in the market, and applies a number of self-developed technologies such as automatic electrical regeneration ion exchange, nonlinear temperature measurement of conductivity, variable monitoring circuit, profbus DP communication method to the computational pH detection system. A new intelligent multi-parameter calculation pH detection system is proposed, which can simultaneously monitor a number of key indicators such as electrical conductivity, hydrogen conductivity, pH and ammonia content. On the basis of ensuring the accuracy of measurement, the intelligence level is further improved and the application range is wider. It is suitable for accurate and continuous measurement of key indicators such as the conductivity of water vapor system, hydrogen conductivity, pH and ammonia content of all kinds of generator sets to improve the level of corrosion prevention and control of units.
