一种基于北斗卫星导航系统的输变电作业安全手环的研究与探索

Research and exploration of a safety bracelet for power transmission and transformation operations based on the Beidou satellite navigation system

  • 摘要: 电力工业是国家重要能源与基础产业,电网安全运行关系到国计民生,输变电设备在电网中承担着电能传输的重要任务,输变电作业人员是维护电网安全运行的主力军,作业人员长期在野外复杂条件下作业,容易遇险到突发紧急情况,或是作业过程中出现精神不佳、体力透支等导致电网不安全事件发生,目前缺乏一种对输变电检修作业人员的工作状态、身体情况、安全防范有效的监控与预警的手段。本文通过分析输变电作业人员工作现状,从解决作业人员工作状态、身体情况、安全防范措施难以有效监控与预警入手,提出一种基于北斗卫星导航系统的作业安全手环在输变电作业安全防范中的探索与研究内容,结合当前行业现状,为安全、高效的做好作业安全防范工作提供了思路。

     

    Abstract: The power industry is an important energy and basic industry in the country, and the safe operation of the power grid is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Power transmission and transformation equipment undertakes the important task of electricity transmission in the power grid. Power transmission and transformation operators are the main force in maintaining the safe operation of the power grid. Operators who work in complex outdoor conditions for a long time are prone to encountering sudden emergencies, or experiencing mental illness, physical exhaustion, and other unsafe incidents in the power grid during the operation process, At present, there is a lack of effective monitoring and early warning methods for the work status, physical condition, and safety precautions of power transmission and transformation maintenance workers. This article analyzes the current situation of power transmission and transformation workers, and starts with solving the problem of difficulty in effectively monitoring and warning the work status, physical condition, and safety precautions of workers. It proposes an exploration and research content of a work safety bracelet based on the Beidou satellite navigation system in power transmission and transformation work safety precautions. Combining with the current industry situation, it provides ideas for safe and efficient work safety precautions。
