  • 摘要: 文章介绍了倾角传感器的技术特点,设计了基于倾角传感器的模拟量执行机构行程反馈测量系统,同时针对机械式行程开关外在的机械触点容易锈蚀及卡涩、限位位置不易调整且调整裕量不足等问题,研制了一种基于三轴倾角传感器的新型角行程开关,实现了行程开关全密封无触点的测量模式、全行程的定位范围以及复位死区可调节等功能。文章以实例介绍了倾角传感器在执行机构行程反馈测量中的应用,旨在将先进的角度测量技术应用在大型火力发电机组中,通过不断引入先进技术,提升企业竞争力。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces the technical characteristics of angle sensors, designs a stroke feedback measurement system for analog actuators based on angle sensors, and develops a new type of angle travel switch based on a three-axis angle sensor to address the issues of easy corrosion and jamming of mechanical contacts outside the mechanical travel switch, difficulty in adjusting the limit position, and insufficient adjustment margin. The measurement mode of a fully sealed and contactless travel switch is realized Full stroke positioning range and adjustable reset dead band. This article introduces the application of angle sensor in actuator stroke feedback measurement with examples, aiming to apply advanced angle measurement technology to large-scale thermal power generating units, and continuously introduce advanced technology to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
