风光储新能源场站储能系统优化配置方法

Optimal Configuration Method of Energy Storage System in Wind-Solar-Storage New Energy Station

  • 摘要: 风光等新能源发电的波动性和随机性,势必造成并网功率的波动和不可预测。通过在风光新能源电站中合理配置储能单元,可以平滑风光电站功率中的短期波动,提高并网功率的电能质量。在风光电站并网功率平滑控制原理的基础上,根据一阶滤波方法的最大平滑时间常数分别确定了储能系统的功率和容量最小配置方案。该方法可以通过合理配置风光储场站系统中储能的功率和容量,最大限度利用储能系统实现平滑效果。在Matlab中搭建了风光储电站仿真模型,最终验证了该方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The volatility and randomness of new energy power generation such as wind and solar will inevitably lead to fluctuations and unpredictability of grid-connected power. By reasonably configuring energy storage units in wind and solar power stations, short-term fluctuations in the power of wind and solar power stations can be smoothed and the power quality of grid-connected power can be improved. Based on the smoothing control principle of the grid-connected power of wind and solar power station system, the minimum power and capacity configuration schemes of the energy storage system are determined respectively according to the maximum smoothing time constant of the first-order filtering method. In this method, the power and capacity of the energy storage in the wind-solar storage station system can be reasonably configured, and the energy storage system can be utilized to the maximum extent to achieve smoothing effect.The simulation model of wind-solar storage power station is built in Matlab, and the feasibility of the method is finally verified.
