强夯法在特高压±800kV换流站的应用及研究

  • 摘要: 某特高压变电站位于浙江山区,站址地势起伏大,需要半挖半填处理。表层为粉质黏土,下覆全风化、强风化和中风化砂岩。第一次试夯,由于夯能过大,无法提锤而失败。总结失败教训,采用小夯能多遍数的第二次试夯方案,通过各项试夯检测,处理后地基承载力、变形模量和密实度均满足设计要求。本次试夯为确定工程强夯参数奠定了基础,最终工程强夯也取得了满意的效果,经过多年沉降观测,场地工后沉降较小。

     

    Abstract: A certain ultra-high voltage substation is located in the mountainous area of Zhejiang Province, with a fluctuating terrain that requires half excavation and half filling. The surface layer is composed of silty clay, and the underlying layer is completely weathered, strongly weathered, and moderately weathered sandstone. The first trial compaction failed due to excessive compaction capacity and inability to lift the hammer. Summarize the lessons of failure and adopt a second trial compaction plan with small compactors capable of multiple passes. Through various trial compaction tests, the bearing capacity, deformation modulus, and compactness of the treated foundation meet the design requirements. This trial compaction laid the foundation for determining the parameters of the engineering dynamic compaction, and ultimately achieved satisfactory results. After years of settlement observation, the settlement of the site after construction was relatively small.
