“燃煤+”低碳耦合发电入炉成本及碳排放成本的经济性研究

ECONOMIC STUDY ON FURNACE COST AND CARBON EMISSION COST OF “COAL+”LOW-CARBON COUPLED POWER GENERATION

  • 摘要: 摘要:随着全球对气候变化的日益关注,CO2减排成为能源电力领域发展的重大关节。火电作为保障电力系统安全可调的优质可靠基础性电源,不可替代。由于煤电的发电量占比超过60%,是我国最主要的CO2排放源,因此在双碳目标下,如何为煤电的低碳转型找到可行的路径是急需探索和解决的问题。国家能源局提出,“煤电+生物质”、“煤电+污泥”、“煤电+垃圾”、“煤电+光热”四大耦合发电技术,为煤电低碳转型扩展了的新路径。调兵山发电公司经过多年生产实践探索出了“燃煤+煤矸石”、“燃煤+煤泥”、“燃煤+污泥”、“燃煤+生物质”等多元经济燃料耦合发电技术路线,并对“燃煤+”的入炉成本进行了多方面的研究,特别是双碳目标下的碳排放成本对入炉成本影响的研究和分析。以期起到提高燃煤电厂在双炭目标下的燃料成本管理效率,促进燃煤电厂发展的目的。

     

    Abstract: ABSTRACT: With the increasing global attention to climate change, CO2 emission reduction has become an important joint in the development of energy and power field. Thermal power, as a high quality and reliable basic power source to ensure the safety and adjustment of power system, cannot be replaced. Since the electricity generation from coal power accounts for more than 60%, it is the most important source of CO2 emission in China. Therefore, under the dual carbon target, how to find a feasible path for the low-carbon transformation from coal power is an urgent problem to be explored and solved. The National Energy Administration proposed that "coal power + biomass", "coal power + sludge", "coal power + garbage" and "coal power + photothermal" four coupled power generation technologies, which extended a new path for the low-carbon transformation of coal power. Adjustable pawn mountain power generation company after many years of production practice to explore the "coal and gangue", "+ slime coal", "+ sludge coal" and "coal and biomass" multivariate economic fuel coupling power generation technology, and the "+" coal charging the cost to the various research, especially the carbon targets under the carbon cost of research and analysis of the impact of charging the cost. It is expected to improve the efficiency of fuel cost management of coal-fired power plants under the dual carbon target and promote the development of coal-fired power plants.
