Abstract: The purpose of technical supervision of steam turbines is to supervise the vibration of steam turbine blades, speed control systems, and rotating equipment, in order to prevent and avoid major accidents such as broken blades, large shaft bending, turbine overspeed, and oil burning of the turbine. Steam turbine vibration supervision is an indispensable part of technical supervision work. Through vibration monitoring of steam turbines in multiple home appliance factories, different vibration issues were identified. Summarize and analyze the vibration problems of multiple steam turbines for reference by other power plants.
