风电机组关键部件在线监测技术应用进展

APPLICATION PROGRESS OF ON-LINE MONITORING TECHNOLOGY FOR KEY COMPONENTS OF WIND TRBINE

  • 摘要: 风力发电机组大部件损坏案例中大部分是因为设备异常磨损导致的,磨损产生的磨粒包含着设备运行的丰富信息。因此,对风电设备大部件所用润滑油或润滑脂开展检测分析是一种预防设备故障和异常磨损的有效方法。本文就油液监测的在线监测形式,重点介绍了磨损颗粒传感器、粘度传感器、水分传感器等在线传感器在风电领域的应用进展。

     

    Abstract: Most of the damage cases of large components of wind turbines are caused by abnormal equipment wear, and the wear particles generated by wear contain rich information about the operation of the equipment.Therefore, the detection and analysis of lubricating oil or grease used in large components of wind power equipment is an effective method to prevent equipment failure and abnormal wear.In this paper, the application progress of wear particle sensor, viscosity sensor, moisture sensor and other online sensors in the field of wind power is introduced.
