汽轮发电机解体检修端部防护技术的研究及应用

  • 摘要: 针对发电机结构的特殊、精密性,防止发电机内遗留金属异物,否则将造成发电机膛内磨损短路击穿接地跳闸1。在发电机解体检修时内部被裸露外界,由于无合适遮挡物,存在出现异物掉落膛内,特别在敲击作业、汽机盘转转子时更存在断裂或工具金属等异物弹射进入发电机膛内风险。本文根据长期积累的检修经验,完善检修端部防护技术,设计开发了一种发电机检修端部护罩,实现了发电机检修时防护隔离作业,提高发电机检修质量、效率。该护罩由尺寸结构均以大端盖为基础,分别上护罩和下丙纶防水布两部分,可拆卸式,可用于转子在膛内与膛外两种防护模式,能够解决传统发电机拆装过程无防异物落入措施,造成异物落入的风险加大及作业步骤的拘束问题,大大提高发电机检修的安全性和工作效率,改变以往全靠个人经验能力保障检修质量,确保了在有隔离防护和的情况下安全快速地完成发电机端部检修作业。

     

    Abstract: In view of the special and precision of the generator structure, it is necessary to prevent the metal foreign matter left in the generator, otherwise it will cause wear in the generator chamber, short circuit, breakdown and ground trip 1. When the generator is disassembly and maintenance, the interior is exposed to the outside world, because there is no suitable shelter, there is a foreign body falling into the chamber, especially in the knocking operation, turbine disk rotation, there is a risk of breakage or tool metal and other foreign body ejection into the generator chamber. Based on long-term accumulated maintenance experience, this paper improves the maintenance end protection technology, designs and develops a generator maintenance end protection cover, realizes the protection and isolation operation during the maintenance of the generator, and improves the quality and efficiency of the maintenance of the generator. The protective cover is based on the large end cover by size and structure, respectively, the upper protective cover and the lower polypropylene waterproof cloth two parts, removable, can be used for the rotor in the chamber and outside the chamber two protection modes, can solve the traditional generator disassembly process without measures to prevent foreign matter falling into the risk of foreign matter falling into the problem of constraints in operation steps, greatly improve the safety and work efficiency of generator maintenance. Change the past all rely on personal experience ability to guarantee the quality of maintenance, to ensure that in the case of isolation protection and safe and fast completion of generator end maintenance operations.
