Abstract: In response to the traditional manual pre commissioning process being cumbersome, inefficient, and of poor quality, an automatic joint commissioning acceptance device and an automatic acceptance platform for the distribution network main station have been developed to achieve automation of terminal acceptance, transparency of the debugging process, and intelligent evaluation of results. The terminal pre commissioning time has been reduced from 132 minutes to 29 minutes, and the debugging efficiency has been increased by 3.55 times.
