Abstract:
Aiming at the problems that the load transfer can not meet the requirements of intelligent regulation and control development due to the many factors, low manual decision-making and low dispatching and disposal efficiency, a rapid recovery technology is proposed in the case of large-scale power failure of distribution network. By establishing the integrated model of main-distribution integration, automatic sensing of voltage loss and automatic research and determination of fault range are realized.Based on historical load data, line and switch protection set values, distribution network line information, listing and other operation management data, multi-dimensional data is fused to generate the optimal power transfer strategy, generate the operation sequence, and complete the power restoration programmatically. Finally, the fault disposal efficiency is increased by 94.44%, and the dispatching fault disposal efficiency is increased by 250%, which ensures the shortest recovery of power supply in the distribution network, and improves the reliability of user power supply and the safe operation level of the power grid.
