配电网大面积停电时快速恢复技术研究与应用

  • 摘要: 针对配电网大面积停电时负荷转供影响因素多、人工决策低、调度处置效能低,无法满足智能化调控发展要求的问题,提出一种配电网大面积停电时快速恢复技术。通过建立主配一体化模型,实现失压自动感知、故障范围自动研判;基于历史负荷数据、线路及开关保护定值、配电网线路信息以及挂牌等运行管理数据,将多个维度数据融合,生成最优转电策略,生成操作序列,程序化执行完成复电。最终可将故障处置效率提升94.44%,调度故障处置效能提升250%,保证了配电网最短恢复供电,提高用户供电可靠性和电网安全运行水平。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the load transfer can not meet the requirements of intelligent regulation and control development due to the many factors, low manual decision-making and low dispatching and disposal efficiency, a rapid recovery technology is proposed in the case of large-scale power failure of distribution network. By establishing the integrated model of main-distribution integration, automatic sensing of voltage loss and automatic research and determination of fault range are realized.Based on historical load data, line and switch protection set values, distribution network line information, listing and other operation management data, multi-dimensional data is fused to generate the optimal power transfer strategy, generate the operation sequence, and complete the power restoration programmatically. Finally, the fault disposal efficiency is increased by 94.44%, and the dispatching fault disposal efficiency is increased by 250%, which ensures the shortest recovery of power supply in the distribution network, and improves the reliability of user power supply and the safe operation level of the power grid.
