电化学储能系统在厂用保安电源的应用探索

Application of electrochemical energy storage system in factory security power supply

  • 摘要: 某发电公司有3段厂用保安电源,汽机保安MCC I段、汽机保安MCC II段、锅炉保安MCC段。其每段厂用保安电源均设置有3个电源:汽机/锅炉PC 1A段、汽机/锅炉PC 1B段和柴油发电机组。存在失电切换时间较长,供电可靠性不高等问题。依托新昌电厂18MW/9MWh储能调频系统电池和变流器的快速启动特性,对保安段供电系统进行优化改造,在厂用保安电源段新增储能保安备用电源进线。可以在厂用电源失电后率先启动并支撑厂用保安电源,提高厂用保安段可靠性。

     

    Abstract: A power generation company has 3 stages of plant security power supply, turbine security MCC I stage, Turbine Security MCC II stage, boiler security MCC stage. Three power sources are installed in each section of the plant security power supply: Turbine Boiler PC 1A section, Turbine Boiler PC 1B section and diesel generator group. There are some problems such as long switching time and low reliability of power supply. Based on the fast start-up characteristics of the battery and converter of the 18MW/9MWh energy storage frequency modulation system in Xinchang power plant, the power supply system of the security section is optimized and retrofitted. It can start and support the auxiliary security power after the auxiliary power supply loses power, and improve the reliability of the auxiliary security section.
