Abstract:
To achieve the development goal of "dual carbon", it is necessary to develop new energy supply and comprehensive energy service methods to meet the diverse energy needs of end users, such as safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. This article takes Anqing First People's Hospital as the research object, starting from the key technologies of comprehensive energy services, and builds a "one-stop" comprehensive energy service platform to effectively improve the efficiency of energy utilization. The adoption of the energy custody contract model at the same time plays an important demonstration and leading role in promoting the scientific and standardized development of energy cost custody services in public institutions such as hospitals. Practice has proven that this plan is technically feasible and has significant economic benefits, which can provide reference for similar hospitals to carry out energy-saving management work.
