风电叶片前缘保护膜粘接体系研究

Research on adhesive materials for leading edge shell of wind turbine blades

  • 摘要: 本文选取业界前缘保护膜的两种粘接体系进行探究,实验结果表明:对于压敏胶与环氧胶两种粘接体系,环氧胶体系的剥离强度明显比压敏胶高,经过各种环境疲劳后,两种粘接体系表现出不同的趋势,对于压敏胶体系,紫外老化后其剥离性能有30%的下降,其他环境疲劳后粘接性能基本无衰减,而对于环氧胶体系,经过各种环境疲劳后,其剥离强度虽然有降低但依然维持了比较高的水平,并且老化后基本没有衰减,两种粘接体系对雨蚀性能无明显影响,虽然环氧胶的粘接性能突出,但在保护膜破损后更换会面临比较大的挑战,这需要我们特别关注。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, two kinds of bonding systems of leading edge shell was studied. The experimental results show that: for the two bonding systems of pressure-sensitive adhesive and epoxy adhesive, the peel strength of the epoxy adhesive system is obviously higher than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. After environmental fatigue, the two bonding systems showed different trends. For the pressure-sensitive adhesive system, the peeling performance decreased by 30% after UV aging, and the bonding performance was basically unchanged after other environmental fatigue. For the epoxy adhesive, after various environmental fatigue, the peel strength of the system has been reduced but still maintained a relatively high level, and there is basically no attenuation after aging. Two bonding systems have no significant impact on rain erosion performance. Although the adhesive performance of epoxy adhesive is outstanding, it will face the problem of replacement after the shell is damaged. It is a relatively big challenge, which requires our special attention.
