Abstract: In response to the current situation of a large number of network equipment and complex management in prefecture and city power supply companies, this article proposes the idea of developing scripts for network operation and maintenance based on the Python integrated development environment Pycharm combined with open source libraries such as Paramiko and Netmiko. A thorough discussion was conducted around the daily operation and maintenance of network equipment, including network equipment inspection, configuration, backup of operation logs, security reinforcement, and system version upgrade. Python development tools were used to develop scripts for automated operation and maintenance, providing a tool for the network operation and maintenance of local power supply companies, greatly reducing the pressure on network operation and maintenance personnel and improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance work。
