  • 摘要: 有学者提出:对于机组更优秀的灵活性指标应包括评价启动时间,锅炉冷态启动,从点火到汽轮机进汽冲转及发电机并网的总耗时不超过 6小时1。350MW超临界火电机组冷态启动时间(锅炉点火到并网)按制造厂启动曲线一般在9小时10分左右;结合某公司#5、#6机组近两年的冷态启动情况,根据影响机组冷态启动的相关因素,分析了机组历次冷态启动差别的具体原因,针对具体影响因素,采取缩短机组冷态启动的具体措施,进而缩短了机组冷态启动时间由9小时左右到5小时左右,提高了机组冷态启动的灵活性,增强了机组在火电市场的竞争力。

     

    Abstract: Some Scholars have proposed that better flexibility indicators for units should include evaluation of startup time, boiler cold start, total time from ignition to turbine inlet impulse starting, and generator grid connection not exceeding 6 hours 1. The cold start time of a 350MW supercritical thermal power unit (from boiler ignition to grid connection) is generally around 9 hours and 10 minutes according to the manufacturer's start curve; Based on the cold start situation of units # 5 and # 6 of a certain company in the past two years, and based on the relevant factors affecting the cold start of the unit, the specific reasons for the differences in cold start of the unit were analyzed. In response to the specific influencing factors, specific measures were taken to shorten the cold start of the unit, thereby shortening the cold start time of the unit from about 9 hours to about 5 hours, and improving the flexibility of the cold start of the unit, Enhanced the competitiveness of units in the thermal power market.
