风电齿轮箱应力测试诊断研究

Study on Stress Test and Diagnosis of Wind Turbine Gearbox

  • 摘要: 风电齿轮箱应力测试诊断的准确定,本文在充分了解齿轮箱结构组成的基础上,构建了风电齿轮箱箱体与齿轮的传动分布模型。通过在h面和v面计算齿轮载荷和轴承支反力载荷得出了影响轴承载荷的不稳定力与附加力方向的影响因素,并获得了轴承载荷范围。基于有限元方法设计箱体应力分布图,建立诊断应力测试的规则。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the stress test and diagnosis of wind power gearbox, the transmission distribution model of wind power gearbox and gear is constructed based on the full understanding of the gearbox structure. By calculating gear load and bearing support reaction load on plane h and plane v, the influencing factors of the direction of instability force and additional force of bearing load were obtained, and the bearing load range was obtained. The stress distribution diagram of the container is designed based on the finite element method, and the diagnostic stress test rules are established.
