Abstract:
In order to determine the stress test and diagnosis of wind power gearbox, the transmission distribution model of wind power gearbox and gear is constructed based on the full understanding of the gearbox structure. By calculating gear load and bearing support reaction load on plane h and plane v, the influencing factors of the direction of instability force and additional force of bearing load were obtained, and the bearing load range was obtained. The stress distribution diagram of the container is designed based on the finite element method, and the diagnostic stress test rules are established.
