Abstract:
This paper elaborates on the cause analysis and processing for the high vibration of the axially split circulating pump in heating network.. In response to the problem of abnormal vibration of the circulating pump in the heating network, an offline vibration data collection device was used to collect vibration data. Based on the characteristics of the vibration, starting from installation, maintenance, frequency spectrum, and the actual process of vibration occurrence, it was found that the reasons for the abnormal vibration were due to foreign objects blocking the flow channel and loosening the foundation. Based on this, corresponding treatment measures such as cleaning foreign objects, performing dynamic balancing, and strengthening the foundation were proposed.
