热网中开式循环泵振动大的原因分析及处理

Analysis and Processing for the High Vibration of the Axially Split Circulating Pump in Heating Network

  • 摘要: 本文阐述某热电厂热网中开式循环泵振动大的原因分析与处理措施。针对热网循环泵振动异常的问题,利用离线振动数据采集设备,通过振动数据采集,根据出现振动的特点,从安装、检修、频谱和发生振动的实际过程着手,找到造成振动异常的原因是由于流道被异物堵塞和基础松动等,据此提出了清理异物、做动平衡、基础加固等相应的处理措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper elaborates on the cause analysis and processing for the high vibration of the axially split circulating pump in heating network.. In response to the problem of abnormal vibration of the circulating pump in the heating network, an offline vibration data collection device was used to collect vibration data. Based on the characteristics of the vibration, starting from installation, maintenance, frequency spectrum, and the actual process of vibration occurrence, it was found that the reasons for the abnormal vibration were due to foreign objects blocking the flow channel and loosening the foundation. Based on this, corresponding treatment measures such as cleaning foreign objects, performing dynamic balancing, and strengthening the foundation were proposed.
