一起VD4型断路器整流装置异常分析及整改

Abnormal analysis and rectification of a VD4 circuit breaker rectifier device

  • 摘要: 本文主要对一起VD4型断路器整流装置异常的缺陷进行浅析,通过对现场断路器控制回路的全方位检查及分析后,最终得出因为断路器控制回路中分合闸线圈整流装置异常,此整流装置的设置是厂家便于用户的使用,用户无论使用交流电还是直流电,断路器均能正常动作,而电网中绝大部分使用的是直流电来控制断路器的分合,整流装置本身容易损坏,损坏后直接导致断路器拒动,存在电网运行隐患,文章最后提出进线“+、-”(L和N)分别与线圈端“+”、“-”短接,绕开整流桥,将直流电直接输入到分合闸线圈,可有效避免无意义的整流桥频繁损坏导致开关拒动的处理办法,来提高电力系统的供电可高性。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the abnormal defects of a VD4 circuit breaker rectifier device, through the comprehensive inspection and analysis of the field circuit breaker control loop, finally concluded that because the circuit breaker control loop in the switching-closing coil rectifier device is abnormal, the setting of this rectifier device is convenient for users to use, whether the user uses AC or direct current. Circuit breakers can operate normally, while most of the power grid uses direct current to control the switching of circuit breakers. The rectifier device itself is easy to be damaged, which directly leads to the circuit breaker refusing to operate after damage, and there are hidden dangers in the operation of the power grid. At the end of the paper, it is proposed that the incoming line "+", "-" (L and N) are short-connected with the coil end "+" and "-" respectively to bypass the rectifier bridge. The direct input of direct current into the switching coil can effectively avoid the treatment method of the meaningless rectifier bridge frequent damage resulting in switch rejection, so as to improve the power supply reliability of the power system.
