  • 摘要: 10kV绝缘检修架虽然有效的提高带电作业的开展率,但同时也存在一些问题,通常在10kV配网线路架设高度为12米,绝缘检修架超过3米时,主材难以传递,通常需要4至6人在梯架上传递,增加了人力物力,风险较高,人力传递过程中还会出现材料掉落的情况。如果直接用绝缘绳吊装,装拆困难,杆上作业人员难以取下。针对上述问题,本文提供一种方便快捷,易于装拆,绝缘检修架搭建的吊装装置。

     

    Abstract: Although the 10kV insulation maintenance rack effectively improves the implementation rate of live working, there are also some problems. Usually, when the installation height of the 10kV distribution network line is 12 meters, and the insulation maintenance rack exceeds 3 meters, it is difficult to transfer the main materials. Usually, 4 to 6 people are needed to transfer on the ladder, which increases human and material resources and poses a high risk. During the manual transmission process, materials may also fall off. If the insulated rope is directly used for lifting, it will be difficult to assemble and disassemble, and it will be difficult for operators on the pole to remove it. In response to the above issues, this article provides a convenient, fast, easy to install and disassemble lifting device for building insulation maintenance racks.
