Abstract:
Although the 10kV insulation maintenance rack effectively improves the implementation rate of live working, there are also some problems. Usually, when the installation height of the 10kV distribution network line is 12 meters, and the insulation maintenance rack exceeds 3 meters, it is difficult to transfer the main materials. Usually, 4 to 6 people are needed to transfer on the ladder, which increases human and material resources and poses a high risk. During the manual transmission process, materials may also fall off. If the insulated rope is directly used for lifting, it will be difficult to assemble and disassemble, and it will be difficult for operators on the pole to remove it. In response to the above issues, this article provides a convenient, fast, easy to install and disassemble lifting device for building insulation maintenance racks.
