新形势下电力工程造价管理数智化赋能的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Digital Intelligence Empowering Cost Management in Power Engineering under the New Situation

  • 摘要: 为助力电力能源企业落实数字建造、智能建造的要求,达成“双碳”目标并实现工程建设数智化转型发展,本文从电力企业工程造价视角出发,立足国家、行业政策对数字化和智能化发展的要求以及新能源迅猛发展的背景,深入探讨电力工程造价现阶段存在的主要问题,着重从电力工程造价发展必然趋势、解决现存问题的需求、提高造价管理质量和效率的手段,以及提升电力工程数据资产价值4个方面阐述新形势下电力工程造价数智化赋能的必要性。基于国家能源集团电力工程造价管理领域数智化赋能的创新实践经验,从数智化技术探索和数智化赋能实践角度论述实现电力工程造价管理数智化发展的路径,并介绍了其应用情况及经济效益,旨在为工程造价管理数智化发展提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to assist power enterprises in implementing the requirements of digital and intelligent construction, achieving the "dual carbon" target and digital and intelligent development of engineering construction, from the perspective of power enterprise engineering cost, based on the requirements of national and industry policies for digital and intelligent development, as well as the background of rapid development of new energy sources, this paper deeply explores the main problems in the current stage of power engineering cost; the necessity of digital empowerment of power engineering cost in the new situation is elaborated from four aspects: the inevitable trend of power engineering cost development, the need to solve existing problems, the means to improve the quality and efficiency of cost management, and the enhancement of the value of power engineering data assets. Based on the innovative practical experience of digital intelligence empowerment in the field of power engineering cost management of China Energy Group, this paper introduces the path to achieve digital intelligence development of power engineering cost management from the perspectives of digital intelligence technology exploration and digital intelligence empowerment practice, and discusses its application and economic benefits, aiming to provide reference for the digital intelligence development of engineering cost management.
