电力生产场所人身安全综合预警方式研究

Research on comprehensive warning methods for personal safety in power production sites

  • 摘要: 当前变电站发生接地或其他危及现场人员人身安全的异常后,对现场作业人员关注不够,不能第一时间得知告警信息而快速撤离,暴露在高风险作业环境中的时间。本课题组通过研究,自主设计制作了电力生产场所人身安全综合预警及管理系统,能在发生异常情况后第一时间发出声光报警,提醒现场人员快速撤离现场,同时优化了现场的处置方式。能克服现场接地信息获取慢、安全工器具取用不方便、接地处置不成体系等现场长期存在的问题,对于保障现场作业人员人身安全、提高接地处置效率等有着较为显著的作用。

     

    Abstract: After grounding or other abnormalities that endanger the personal safety of on-site personnel occur in the current substation, insufficient attention is paid to on-site operators, who are unable to quickly evacuate due to the alarm information and are exposed to high-risk operating environments. Through research, our research group has independently designed and produced a comprehensive personal safety warning and management system for power production sites. It can send out sound and light alarms in the first time after abnormal situations occur, reminding on-site personnel to quickly evacuate the site, and optimizing on-site disposal methods. It can overcome the long-standing problems on site such as slow access to grounding information, inconvenient access to safety tools, and inadequate grounding disposal. It plays a significant role in ensuring the personal safety of on-site operators and improving grounding disposal efficiency.
