一起FXT11型断路器异常跳闸缺陷浅析

Analysis of an FXT11 circuit breaker abnormal trip defect

  • 摘要: 本文主要对一起110kV绿春变110kV红绿线151断路器异常跳闸的缺陷进行浅析,通过对现场断路器控制回路的全方位检查及分析后,最终得出因为断路器控制回路中设置多余的跳闸节点,此节点因断路器K3继电器不完全封闭存在节点短路的风险,且二次线受潮后,绝缘降低而导致断路器误动作,存在电网运行隐患,文章最后提出取消FXT11型断路器特有的低气压自动跳闸功能后,断路器无直接接受跳闸命令来源,断路器就不会误动作的处理办法,来提高电网的供电可高性。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the defect of 110kV green spring 110kV red and green line 151 circuit breaker abnormal tripping. After comprehensive inspection and analysis of the field circuit breaker control loop, it is finally concluded that because the circuit breaker control loop is equipped with redundant tripping nodes, this node has the risk of node short circuit because the circuit breaker K3 relay is not completely closed. After the secondary line is damp, the insulation is reduced and the circuit breaker is misoperated, there is a hidden danger in the operation of the power grid. At the end of the article, it is proposed that after canceling the special low-pressure automatic tripping function of FXT11 circuit breaker, the circuit breaker does not directly accept the tripping command source, and the circuit breaker will not misoperate, so as to improve the power supply reliability of the power grid.
