隔离开关程序化操作位置双确认方式研究

Research on Double Confirmation Method for Programmed Operation Position of Isolation Switches

  • 摘要: 目前,电网公司将程序化操作作为数字化转型的一项重要工作,鼓励推进和普及程序化操作的现场实施。但是,在运的隔离开关仅有辅助开关能反映其位置状态,不满足程序化操作中位置“双确认”的要求。近年来,各单位相继组织开展了以图像识别、微动开关方式为主的双确认方式研究,实现方式复杂、资金投入大,尚未能找到一种通用便捷的实施方法。通过开展隔离开关程序化操作位置双确认方式研究,设计制作通用型双确认装置,包括连杆行程开关固定架、可设置微型姿态传感器、位置确认判断控制器等部件,能够适应不同厂家、不同型号隔离开关机构的现场安装需求。

     

    Abstract: At present, power grid companies regard programmatic operations as an important aspect of digital transformation, and encourage the promotion and popularization of on-site implementation of programmatic operations. However, only the auxiliary switch in operation can reflect its position status, which does not meet the requirement of "double confirmation" of position in programmed operation. In recent years, various units have successively organized research on dual confirmation methods, mainly based on image recognition and micro switch methods. The implementation method is complex and the investment is large, but a universal and convenient implementation method has not yet been found. By conducting research on the programmable operation position double confirmation method of isolation switches, a universal double confirmation device is designed and manufactured, including connecting rod travel switch fixing bracket, micro attitude sensor that can be set, position confirmation judgment controller, and other components, which can adapt to the on-site installation requirements of different manufacturers and models of isolation switch mechanisms。
