Abstract: ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of urbanization, more wastewater and sludge have been discharged. Sludge contains a large number of organic matter, inorganic matter, microorganisms and nutrients, if not treated in time, will not only bring pollution to the environment, but also easily cause diseases, pathogens and oxides and other toxic substances release, will also pose a threat to human health. The production of sludge in our country is huge, and at present it is mainly disposal through direct landfill, reclamation and incineration. The harmless treatment of sludge, the promotion of resource utilization, and the realization of synergistic efficiency of pollution reduction and carbon reduction can bring sustainable green development to the urbanization process, and is also an important measure to build a beautiful China. CFB boiler incineration technology is a high speed gas fluidized bed combustion method to incinerate municipal sludge and convert it into heat energy technology. This kind of technology has the advantages of efficient energy recovery, complete harmless, low cost and so on, and has wide application and popularization value. In this paper, the background of municipal sludge problems, incineration technology of municipal sludge in CFB boiler, factors affecting the application and practice of municipal sludge incineration technology in CFB boiler, the comparative analysis of the application effect of mixing municipal sludge and the promotion value of the industry, the future development trend, etc., the application and practice of municipal sludge incineration technology in CFB boiler are elaborated. In order to popularize the municipal sludge incineration technology of CFB boiler, increase the incineration ratio, and finally realize the purpose of resource recycling.
