间接作业法带电处理35kV输电线路并沟线夹发热技术探讨

Discussion on hot line treatment of parallel groove clamp of 35kV Transmission Line by indirect operation method

  • 摘要: 35kV架空输电线路是区域电网的重要组成部分,引流线并沟线夹发热缺陷较为常见。长期以来,由于设备间隙小,引流线并沟线夹发热带电处理安全风险高、实施难度大,严重制约供电可靠性的提高。本文通过对35kV架空输电线路引流线并沟线夹发热缺陷带电作业必要性的分析,提出采用间接作业法加装分流线的方法降低发热点温度,并对作业原理、导线分流连接器的结构、分流器的安装方法和作业流程进行了详细阐述。通过大量的实践证明,该作业方法资金投入少、作业效率高、安全可靠,能快速解决35kV架空输电线路引流线并沟线夹发热问题,有力促进带电作业的安全开展。

     

    Abstract: 35kV overhead transmission line is an important part of regional power grid, and the heat defect of drainage line is common. For a long time, due to the small gap between the equipment and the high safety risk and difficulty in implementing the hot and charged treatment of the drainage line, the improvement of power supply reliability has been seriously restricted. Based on the analysis of the necessity of live working on the heat defect of the drainage line of 35kV overhead transmission line, this paper proposes to use the indirect operation method to install a shunt line to reduce the temperature of the hot spot, and describes in detail the operation principle, the structure of the conductor shunt connector, the installation method and operation process of the shunt. Through a large number of practice, it has been proved that this operation method has the advantages of less capital investment, high operation efficiency, safety and reliability, and can quickly solve the problem of 35kV overhead transmission line drainage line heating, and effectively promote the safe development of live line operation.
