Research and application of integrating the dry oil injection control circuit of the coal mill of a 320MW thermal power unit into DCS

  • 摘要: 本文分析了陕煤电力信阳(华豫)有限公司320MW机组磨煤机干油喷射控制回路接入DCS后的使用效果,改造后节油效果明显,不仅为公司节能降耗、降本增效做出了贡献,同时本次改造将干油喷射装置引入DCS共同控制,提高了磨煤机系统的安全运行水平,节省了人力物力资源,为同类型机组干油喷射控制提供了参考经验。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the use effect of the dry oil injection control circuit of the 320MW unit coal mill of Shaanxi Coal Power Xinyang (huayu) Co.,LtD after being connected to DCS. The transformation has a significant effect on saving oil,which not only contributes to the comcony’s energy conservation ,consumption reduction, cost reduction and efficiency increase , but also introduces the dry oil injection device into DCS joint control, improving the safe operation level of the coal mill system and saving human and material resources, this provides reference experience for the dry oil injection control of similar units.
