Abstract:
By aggregating flexible and adjustable resources and intelligent scheduling and control strategies, virtual power plant can realize efficient use of energy resources, improve the reliability and flexibility of energy system, and further promote the friendly interaction between power grid and load. The optimal scheduling and control strategy of virtual power plant under the background of new type power system are studied and analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the control mode and hierar-chical structure of virtual power plant are described, and the connotation of virtual power plant scheduling control is analyzed from four perspectives: optimization objective, boundary, time scale and optimization method. Secondly, the optimal scheduling scheme of virtual power plant is summarized based on three dimensions: net profit maximization, investor total income maximization and comprehensive index benefit maximization. Then, according to the requirements of engineering application scenarios, four control strategies adopted in virtual power plant are introduced and compared, which are multi-objective, layered, multi-time scale and priority. Finally, taking a typical PV, energy storage and load integrated virtual power plant as an example, the optimal scheduling and control strategies of power, load and energy storage type virtual power plants are analyzed. In the future, with the acceleration of the construction of new type power systems, the optimization of optimal scheduling and control strategy, virtual power plant will become an effective means to promote the balance of supply and demand in China's power grid, and the market prospect is expected to be broad.
