一种基于660MW燃煤机组灵活性运行工况的励磁系统参数优化的研究与应用

Research and application of excitation system parameter optimization based on flexible operating conditions of 660MW coal-fired units

  • 摘要: 某火电厂4号机组采用哈尔滨电机厂生产的 QFSN-630-2YHG 型汽轮发电机,励磁方式为机端自并励励磁系统,微机励磁调节器为南瑞电控公司生产NES6100型数字式励磁调节器。本文叙述了4号机组励磁系统的参数优化工作。给出了4号机组励磁系统的参数优化结果,提供了PSASP仿真分析程序的调压器模型及参数。基于PSASP仿真分析程序实际应用数据库进行了与试验项目相同的仿真验证,仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,模型和参数可以直接应用到PSASP仿真分析程序中。本次研究与应用对同类励磁系统参数优化项目极具借鉴意义,具有推广价值

     

    Abstract: Unit 4 of a certain thermal power plant adopts the QFSN-630-2YHG type steam turbine generator produced by Harbin Electric Power Plant, with an excitation system of self parallel excitation at the machine end. The microcomputer excitation regulator is the NES6100 digital excitation regulator produced by Nanrui Electric Control Company. This article describes the parameter optimization work of the excitation system of Unit 4. The optimization results of the excitation system parameters of Unit 4 are given, and the Pressure regulator model and parameters of PSASP simulation analysis program are provided. Based on the actual application database of the PSASP simulation analysis program, the simulation verification was carried out, which was consistent with the experimental results. The model and parameters can be directly applied to the PSASP simulation analysis program. This research and application has great reference significance for similar excitation system parameter optimization projects and has promotion value。
