  • 摘要: 窃电是全球性问题,不仅造成电力资源的浪费,同时也威胁电网的运行安全。本文重点研究针对电表的三相非法窃电行为。首先深入分析电能表的电能计量机理,将不同的窃电行为进行分类讨论,计算其引起的功率变化。进一步模拟计算采用多种窃电方式前后的实际功率和计量功率的比率,揭示各窃电行为的收益。本文的研究工作将有助于电力公司和相关企业更准确地监测和预防窃电行为。

     

    Abstract: Electricity theft is a global issue, not only causing waste of power resources but also threatening the operational safety of the power grid. This paper focuses on the study of three-phase illegal electricity theft from electric energy meters. Firstly, it delves into the mechanism of energy measurement in electric energy meters, classifies different types of electricity theft, and calculates the power changes they cause respectively. Furthermore, it simulates and calculates the ratios of measured power to actual power after adopting various electricity theft methods, revealing the benefit of each theft behavior. The research in this paper will help power companies and related enterprises to monitor and prevent electricity theft more accurately.
