甘肃省变电站土壤腐蚀性关键参量与Q235钢腐蚀速率预测模型研究

Study on the key parameters of soil corrosion and Q235 steel corrosion rate prediction model in Gansu province substation

  • 摘要: 本文通过在甘肃40处不同地理位置变电站四周进行了土壤现场取样,并在实验室对土壤样品的七项参数进行了测试,获得了甘肃地区土壤参数分布范围,并利用机器学习方法分析了影响Q235钢在甘肃地区土壤中腐蚀速率的关键因素,建立了甘肃地区Q235钢土壤腐蚀速率预测模型,对保障甘肃省变电站埋地金属设施的服役安全,避免由地下设施腐蚀引发安全事故具有重要的实际意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper sampled soil around 40 different geographical substation in Gansu province, and tested the seven parameters of soil samples in the laboratory, obtained the distribution range of soil parameters in Gansu province, and analyzed the key factors affecting the corrosion rate of Q235 steel in Gansu province, established the prediction model of Q235 steel in Gansu province, which is of great practical significance to ensure the safety of buried metal facilities in Gansu province substation and avoid safety accidents caused by corrosion of underground facilities.
